We offer meats by the pound, sides by the pan, or full buffet-style service. We’re proud to accommodate all guests with vegan options, including vegan sausage, vegan burgers, and a full selection of vegan salads. Per Slab. Choose between Spare Ribs, St. Lous Style Ribs or Baby Back Ribs. Get it smoked or grilled. Ribs are either grilled or smoked then wrapped in foil and slow cooked for another 2 hours to achieve maximum tenderness

Per Pound. Oxtails slow smoked for 3-4 Hours or until maximum tenderness is achieved
Whole or spatchcocked chicken brined and marinated overnight and smoked or grilled to perfection
